It covers Pure Mathematics (Papers 1 & 3), Probability & Statistics (Papers 5 & 6), and Mechanics (Papers 4).
Exams are held in February/March, May/June, and October/November sessions each year.

The Edexcel A Level Mathematics specification covers Pure Mathematics (Papers 1 & 2),
Statistics, and Mechanics. Exams are held in May/June each year. Edexcel is the most popular exam board in England.

OCR offers two A Level Maths specifications: OCR A (H240) and OCR MEI (H640).
Both cover Pure Mathematics, Statistics, and Mechanics but with different emphasis.
MEI is often considered more applied and contextual.
